Toyota were launching their revolutionary C-HR and wanted to keep their hot prospects hot. I led the creative on a twelve-month, automated marketing plan to help keep potential customers across Europe interested. The creative used aspirational characters to help tell the story of the car with a lifestyle focus. The campaign was then built and launched via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This enabled Toyota to keep prospects interested via a regular stream of exciting news. New prospects would then drop into a tried and tested journey, which helped keep engagement levels extremely high.
